Common issues & quick fixes

Make sure you're on a Salesforce Lightning page (URL contains .salesforce.com or .force.com). SF Booster doesn't work on Salesforce Classic. If you're on Lightning and it still doesn't appear, try reloading the page or clicking the SF Booster icon in the Chrome toolbar to open it manually.
You need either: (1) a paid SF Booster plan — sign in via the Settings tab, or (2) your own Anthropic API key — paste it in Settings → API Key. With your own key, chats are unlimited on any plan.
This can happen after your Mac wakes from sleep. The operation will time out in ~12 seconds with an error message. If it persists, sign out and sign back in from the Settings tab to refresh your session.
First verify the query is correct for your org by running it in Salesforce's Query Editor (Developer Console). If the query is right, check that you're logged into Salesforce in the same browser. SF Booster uses your active session to run queries.
Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from noreply@revelos-software.com. If you don't see it after a minute, use the "Resend code" link on the sign-in screen. If the problem persists, email us at support@revelos-software.com.
